SBM has been recording public meetings for multiple years now.  We can provide solutions for all different types of meetings, no matter how large or small. We currently provide services for many different municipalities and school districts across western Pennsylvania.

 

Audio is captured through microphones installed throughout the meeting or conference room. If the room changes from time to time, we can provide a wireless solution that will give you the flexibility needed to accommodate your schedule. If you already have microphones installed, we can utilize those in order to save you money. With the use of network cameras, we also have the ability to record video of your meetings. That video can then be livestreamed to a streaming site such as YouTube or Facebook for many to view.

 

Your recordings will be stored on a local computer where you can choose to have them archived to a server. Bookmarks and notes can be embedded into each recording so that specific recordings can be searched and found with ease.
